How to Look for a Downloaded File in Downloads on Windows 11

What you need: A Windows 11 computer and a document or picture you recently downloaded. These steps check the Downloads folder.

1. Click Start (the Windows logo) on the taskbar at the bottom of the screen.
2. Type File Explorer, then click File Explorer in the search results to open it.
3. In File Explorer, click Downloads on the left.
